Crêpes and Pancakes Making

Crêpes and Pancakes have always been popular all around the world, and with a few pointers they can be quick and relatively easy to make (no need to buy pancakes mix from supermarket after this class with us!).

You can pay top dollars to have those little delicious food, or you can come and learn how to make them with us in this Crêpes and Pancakes practical hands on 2-hour short course at the Paris International Cooking School in Sydney.

This is compact version of our longer 5 hours course. In this 2 hours short course, you will learn how to make sweet and savoury batter to turn into amazing recipes. Sweet recipes taught during the class include traditional sweet crêpes (with lemon and sugar) as well French Pannequet (filled crëpes with Chestnut cream filling) and small (and cute) Dutch style Pancakes. While savoury pancakes made during class will be filled with chicken & cheese (or spinach and cheese for vegetarian) as well as a Russian style Blinis Pancakes served with Smoked Salmon and sour cream. This short course includes a recipe booklet with all recipes covered, as well as a short history of crêpes and pancakes (and differences) and students have the opportunity to purchase equipment and food (at wholesale price) at the cooking school to make the recipes again at home by themselves as often as they like !

This is a hands-on practical course, students need to wear enclosed shoes and bring an apron and tea towel to the class (or purchase them from the cooking school if preferred). Students will enjoy food made during towards the conclusion of the class (or may take home some of the food also).
