Paris International Cooking School
The latest food fashion in France (and Europe) relates to food made with Choux Pastry, and this food craze is coming fast to Australia with "Choux Pastry" shops opening in Australian capital cities. Choux pastry is often seen on TV shows as well as fashionable cookbooks and food magazines.

You can pay top dollars to have those little delicious food, or you can come and learn how to make them with us in this introduction to Choux Pastry practical hands on 2-hour short course at the Paris International Cooking School in Sydney.

This is compact version of our longer 6 hours course. In this 2 hours short course, you will learn how to make savoury choux pastry with delicious eclairs (filled with chive cream cheese and topped with smoked salmon) as well as learn to make amazing French style profiteroles (filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with hot chocolate sauce and grilled almond). You will also learn to make great tasting and amazing looking swan choux filled with French crème pâtissière.

This short course includes a recipe booklet with all recipes covered, as well as a short history of Choux Pastry and students have the opportunity to purchase equipment and food (at wholesale price) at the cooking school to make the recipes again at home by themselves as often as they like !

This is a hands-on practical course, students need to wear enclosed shoes and bring an apron and tea towel to the class (or purchase them from the cooking school if preferred). Students will take home finished food made from choux pastry.
