Paris International Cooking School

We provide School Group workshop to teach small groups of students how to work together in order to achieve a normally time consuming and straining task. We will demonstrate in our kitchen, that when students work together as a team, many tasks (full menu preparation) can be achieved with minimal effort and in a small amount of time. Similar principle of team work in the kitchen can be applied to most life situations.

In general, students prepare 3 courses menu with an emphasis on team-work. All menus are individually designed for each school group with a theme such as French Provincial (this workshop can be taught in French for French language students), Italian Regional, Russian, Japanese, and more.

Minimum number for School Group Workshop is about 10 students, and we can accommodate up to about 22 students. Time and date for team building workshops are flexible according to your need and our availability. In general, Team Building starts at around 10am and finishes at around 1pm.

What is included:

  • All food ingredients for all recipes.
  • a set of recipes for each student.
  • service of kitchen-hand.
  • tea-towels for use during cooking.
  • full meal for every participant.
  • cold drinking water.

What is not included:
  • soft drinks (we have a selection of soft drink in School).
  • apron (we can supply School Aprons for each participant at a special price).
For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed flat shoes.
