Paris International Cooking School

We provide Team Building & Corporate Workshop to teach small groups of people how to work together in order to achieve a normally time consuming and straining task. We will demonstrate in our kitchen, that when people work together as a team, many tasks (full menu preparation) can be achieved with minimal effort and in a small amount of time. Similar principle of team work in the kitchen can be applied to most work places.

Team Buildings are designed for small groups. In general, students prepare 5 to 6 courses menu with an emphasis on team-work. All menus are individually designed for each client with a theme such as French Provincial, Italian Regional, Russian, Japanese, and more.

Minimum number for Team Building is 6 people, and we can accommodate up to about 22 people. Time and date for team building workshops are flexible according to your need and our availability. In general, Team Building starts at around 10am and finishes at around 3pm.

What is included:

  • All food ingredients for all recipes.
  • a set of recipes for each participant.
  • service of kitchen-hand.
  • tea-towels for use during cooking.
  • full meal for every participant (including appetizer, tea and coffee).

What is not included:
  • alcohol (to be consumed during meal, we are BYO).
  • apron (we can supply School Aprons for each participant at a special price).
For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed flat shoes.
