are 8-week ongoing cooking classes. Each class runs once a week for (usually) 2 hours 30 minutes long. Each student cooks his/her own.
are one-off classes. Most of those are 5-hour or 6-hour long. All ingredients are provided in our Weekend Workshop. A group of students cook together.
are one-off classes. Most of those are 2-hour or 2.5-hours long. Those courses are mostly cooking demonstration type with practical (hands-on) part involved.
