Vegetarian and Vegan Cooking ClassIf you are a vegetarian (or a vegan), you might want to join this specially designed cooking class. In this 9-week class we will teach you how to cook a selection of tasty and healthy vegetarian (6 weeks) and vegan (3 weeks) food including a selection of soups, first courses, main courses, sides dishes and many desserts in vegetarian or vegan styles. In many of our recipes, some people can't believe they were eating vegetarian food because they find the food taste just so nice.
Each week you will prepare 3 courses and all will be taken home at the end of each cooking session for your friend or family enjoyment.
We will also provide information sheets on balancing vegetarian meals and healthy diet.

Classes are run subject to acquiring minimum numbers. Maximum number of students for this Class is 6.
what to bringFor the first session, simply come to the class with empty stomach. A five-course meal will be served at the conclusion of the cooking demonstration. From second week onwards, students are required to bring an apron, two tea towels, food containers and fresh ingredients (detailed list will be provided weekly).
