Course Enrolments
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment (booking).
Rescheduling a Class
If you are absent or unable to attend a class, there's no guarantee that you can make up a missed class by attending an equivalent class on another day. The maximum number of students in a class is strictly limited, and each week we cover different menus. There are no refunds for missed classes, however, we do accept substituting your place (i.e. having a friend to take the missed class in your place).
Transfers / Refunds / Cancellations
There are no refunds or transfers made if notice given is less than 2 days (48 hours) before the commencement of your course (cooking class, weekend workshop (previously known as sunday workshop), cake decorating class). Administration fee may apply if refund or transfer is issued.

Withdrawing from Cooking Classes

Withdrawing from weekend workshops, teenager school holiday workshops, Cook & Dine Classes and native Australian cooking demonstration

In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled due to insufficient enrolments you will receive a full refund or credit towards another class or workshop of your choice. (No administration fees apply in such case.)
Administration fees mentioned above are quoted as per class/workshop per person.
