How to enroll:

Please refer to enrolment page for more detail. Please be advised that full payment before the course commencement is required to secure your place.


Course Fee:

The advertised enrolment fee include the course fee, all printed course material, most kitchen equipment for use during the class, as well as a “levy” for cost of shared ingredients and meal cost for first week, (+ kitchen hand services).
Course fee for Cooking Classes is includes all ingredients for first week, and some shared ingredients for reminding weeks. Students are required to bring ingredients to School from week 2. A School apron is provided to each student.
Course fee for Weekend Workshops is fully inclusive, this includes all ingredients and complimentary meal at the end of the workshop. Students are required to bring an apron to School.
Course fee for Practical Hospitality Classes is fully inclusive, this includes all ingredients and complimentary meal at the end of the class.
We do not charge surcharges on payment made with credit cards.
All our prices are fully inclusive of GST (when applicable) as required by Commonwealth Government laws. Most ingredients are GST free.


Enrolment Policy:

Enrolments are taken in order of receipt (full payment has to be sent with enrolment form). We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. (Classes have strict maximum number of students).
Classes which have not reach their minimum number of students will be cancelled prior to the starting date.
Waiting lists are available for all cooking classes and sunday workshops.
