Like all our other Cooking Classes and Workshops, this workshop is fully practical (hands-on). Students are fully involved in this workshop. We don't ask you to just watch the demonstration, prepared to get your hands messy! (Okay, not that messy)

From Wikipedia:
Louis-Ernest Ladurée founded the bakery on the Rue Royale in Paris in 1862. During the Paris Commune uprising of 1871 the bakery was burnt down. A pastry shop was re-built at the same location and Jules Chéret was entrusted with the interior decoration.
In 1993, the Groupe Holder took over the Ladurée Pastry shop. Following the takeover, the company began an expansion drive to turn Ladurée from the single rue Royale bakery into an upmarket worldwide patisserie chain of shops (currently they are about 60 shops located on all continents).
During this class we will reproduced a selection of 7 of Ladurée special desserts recipes.
