Scandinavian Cooking Workshop
During this workshop, students will learn how to prepare a selection of food including Scandinavian Platter, Fish Soufflé, Roast Pork, Mousseline Potaotoes and Braided Cabbage completing the meal with a lovely fruity dessert. This gustative tour of Scandinavia will take us to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
Like all our other Cooking Classes and Workshops, this workshop is fully practical (hands-on). Students are fully involved in this workshop. We don't ask you to just watch the demonstration, prepared to get your hands messy! (Okay, not that messy)
